RETIREMENT PLAN ASSET MANAGEMENT
FEATURING
PREFERRED ASSET MANAGEMENT (PAM)*
GENERAL
This program is designed to provide access to professional
management of your retirement dollars with features demanded by high net worth
investors, at a cost that makes sense.
The elimination of sales commissions, surrender penalties and mutual
fund sales-loads provides complete flexibility and 100% liquidity at all
times.
Your investment can be allocated between no-load funds,
load funds (without the load), Real estate investment trusts (REITs), Unit
investment trusts (UITs), stocks, bonds and exchange traded funds (ETFs). A commission is never paid on any
transaction. This removes any conflict
of interest an advisor may have to suggest a portfolio change.
More than simply an investment, advised portfolios are an integrated investment system and services. This includes a personal investment policy statement, complex risk management techniques utilizing modern portfolio theory (MPT), monitoring and portfolio re-balancing, extensive performance reporting with on-line access and account integration into your overall financial plan.
The annual advisory fee is extremely competitive and is based on the size of the account. Larger accounts qualify for a lower fee percentage. Multiple accounts may be combined for lower fees. Fees range from .75% for larger account values to 1.25% for small accounts. Transaction and custodial fees typical of brokerage accounts may also apply to your account. Many advisory firms with similar services have account minimums at $500,000.00. To serve the needs of educators we have currently set our minimum account size at $50,000.00.
The first step to determine if this account is right for
you is to review detailed information about the program and the advisor. Then we can help you evaluate if a fee based
advisory account is appropriate for your situation.
I welcome your questions and
